Returns & Refunds

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item for a full refund from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAQ

When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Large orders may take longer. You will be notified of estimated shipping time & delays.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 (one) hour of being placed. Please click here to contact us and notify us of any changes or cancellations.

Do you ship internationally?

What if my package gets lost?

For items lost in transit with incomplete tracking information, we can send a replacement if the product is in stock. Otherwise, we will issue a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that may have been stolen or lost after they are marked as "delivered" and provide complete tracking information.
